4. We DO NOT in any way represent that you'll make even a dime from any of our products or services.   There is a possibility that you my lose money by promoting it or using it.
5. You are an independent entity and in no way related to us in any way.
6. You agree not to misrepresent any of our services, products, website affiliations or otherwise, in any way.  For example, you agree not to tell people they can make any specific amount of money per week or per month, etc.  I am the sole judge of what I perceive to be as misrepresentation.
7. I can revoke member privileges & rights from any individual for any reason I so desire with no refunds of program costs.
8. I can discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.  I have no obligation to operate a program.
9. I can change the contents of our website at any time.  Be sure to bookmark our website to see changes as they become available to you.
10. I can change this agreement at any time without prior notice.  It is the client's & reseller's responsibility to check the update site for changes in this agreement.
11. You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your taxes.   You are in no way, shape or form an employee of ours.
12. This is our only agreement and supercedes any verbal agreements.
13. Any disagreements concerning this agreement will be resolved by a board of arbitration in Connecticut.  I will determine who is on this board. I happen to think my best friends make a great board of arbitration because they always decide in my favor.
14. Please understand, because of the amount of information you may copy and use, we cannot offer any refunds on any of our products or services.  We work very hard for our clients always desire your satisfaction.  
15. You agree not to hold Solutions Internet or anyone associated with us, liable for anything.  Period.
16. You agree not to engage in any fraudulent practices in order to promote whatever business, products and/or services you sell using our programs.
17. You agree not to send unsolicited offers or Spam to anyone for any reason and in doing so you may forfeit your Reseller privileges at my sole discretion.   This applies to newsgroup spamming also.
18. I have given you the right to use our products and/or services.  Any fraudulent activities will not be tolerated.  Membership privileges will be taken away without refund of your purchase's.
19. We cannot offer any refunds after you have utilized our products and/or services.  We work hard to provide you with the best services possible.  Email us at any time with questions, comments or problems.  We guarantee we will work with you to satisfy your needs.
20. This program stands by itself.  You may not copy, re-word, recreate, resell or give away any of our software, e-books, reports, ect. that appears on our websites.
21. We are NOT responsible for any reason if the program causes you to lose your ISP, hosting services, email accounts or anything else.  We are not liable for any reason, whatsoever.
22. Be sure to use your own anti-virus software to ensure safety to your computer.  We do scan our items but it is your responsibility to ensure safety at all time.

23. The use of unsolicited bulk email or Spam is strictly prohibited!  It is your responsibility to know what the laws are that govern Internet marketing of all types.  Please note that we do not endorse Spam in any way.

24. Spammers are caught 100% of the time in the present internet. Though still not unlawful in some places, it is now possible to press civil charges for spam. The penalty can be a monetary value as much as $25,000 in some states in the US. If you are unable to pay the fines levied against you by the courts, you are considered "In Contempt" of the court, and can get 60-750 days in jail.

25. We do not condone the use of any unsolicited marketing to any business or residential client.  You should find out what laws and regulations governing fax, email, phone & mail solicitations.

26. Businesses come and go on a regular basis.  There will be a certain number of businesses that are no longer established.  That is to be expected.  Additional updates are available for a discounted price.  We will notify you via email when this occurs.

27. We update our terms on an as needed basis.  It is your responsibility to check this page and our website for updates.

28. We may email you about specials, discounts and updates to our CD's.  You agree to receive our occasional emails.
